Amrish attended "Second Chances: Prison Reform and the Future of Work," an exclusive interaction organized by the India Leadership Council (ILC) by The Times Group on June 19, 2026, at the District Jail, Gurugram.

The session featured Dr. Kiran Bedi, India’s first woman IPS officer and founder of the India Vision Foundation, who shared insights on prison reform, rehabilitation, skill development, and reintegration of incarcerated individuals into society and the workforce.

The programme included a guided walkthrough of the facility followed by discussions on workforce inclusion, employability, second-chance opportunities, and the broader role of institutions and industry in supporting social and economic reintegration.

The event brought together business leaders and professionals to explore the intersection of leadership, social impact, human capital development, and inclusive growth.
