Anand will be attending an India Leadership Council (ILC) evening with Chef Manish Mehrotra on August 20, 2026, at Nisaba, Humayun's Tomb Complex, New Delhi.

The evening will feature a conversation with Chef Manish Mehrotra on reinventing Indian cuisine while staying connected to its heritage, exploring themes of innovation, authenticity and the evolution of Indian food.

The event will also provide an opportunity for ILC members to engage in an informal conversation and dinner with Chef Mehrotra and fellow members.
