Ashish will deliver a session titled “Navigating Copyright in the Social Media Ecosystem” on October 30, 2026, as part of the Certificate Course on Emerging Aspects of Copyright and the Future of Creativity, organized by Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.
The five-day online certificate course, scheduled from October 26 – 30, 2026, is presented by the university’s DPIIT-IPR Chair and Centre for Research in Intellectual Property (CRIP). The programme will cover contemporary copyright issues arising from technological developments and changing modes of creative expression, including artificial intelligence, personality rights, copyright versus copyleft, and copyright challenges in social media.
Ashish’s session will examine copyright considerations within the social media ecosystem.
