Ashish served as a Resource Person at the Certificate Course on Trademark Law and International Brand Protection, organized by the DPIIT IPR Chair and Centre for Research in Intellectual Property Rights (CRIP), Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai.

As part of the online course, he spoke on “Personality Rights, Publicity Rights and their Interface with Trademark Law” on September 10, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (IST). The session formed part of the course conducted from September 7 to 11, 2026, focusing on trademark law and international brand protection.
The session provided an opportunity to share insights on the evolving relationship between personality and publicity rights and trademark law, drawing on Ashish’s expertise in intellectual property law.
