The firm had a strong, practice-wide representation at the Stakeholders’ Roundtable held as part of the India–Switzerland IP Dialogue, organized by CII in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), on April 22, 2026, in New Delhi.
From the patent practice, Himanshu Chawla and Priyanka Chopra participated, while the trademark practice was represented by Ashish Kanta Singh and Nimisha Agarwal.
The roundtable brought together representatives from Indian and Swiss industries to discuss key intellectual property issues, including cross-cutting policy perspectives, sector-specific challenges, and matters impacting businesses across both jurisdictions.
The session provided a platform for meaningful exchange on regulatory developments, practical challenges, and opportunities for strengthening bilateral cooperation in the IP ecosystem.
