Latha will speak at the AIDV Conference 2026 on October 16, 2026, in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The three-day conference will run from October 16 to 18, 2026, and bring together professionals to discuss developments in wine law and intellectual property.

She will be participating in a session on Transnational and Homonymous Geographical Indications, which will discuss issues surrounding the protection of geographical indications (GIs) across jurisdictions, with examples including Irish whiskey, Jenever, Tokaj and Pisco.
