Latha R. Nair to Judge INTA APAC Moot Court Competition 2026 on February 21

Latha will be serving as a judge at the INTA Asia Pacific Moot Court Competition 2026, scheduled to take place on February 20 & 21, 2026, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

The INTA APAC Moot Court Competition is a prestigious platform that brings together leading law students from across the Asia-Pacific region to argue complex trademark and intellectual property disputes before distinguished practitioners and jurists.

As part of the judging panel, Latha will evaluate teams on key advocacy parameters including clarity of argument, legal reasoning, effective handling of precedent, and courtroom engagement.
